Job Overview:

The Analyst, Risk Management position will support the preparation and oversight of senior management and executive-level risk reporting. This position will be involved in creating meeting materials, facilitating meeting processes, tracking action items, and ensuring committee and meeting-related tasks and priorities are managed effectively. Additionally, this position will engage in cross-functional projects, collaborating with various departments to support broader risk management initiatives.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years of financial services experience
Preferences:
  • An interest or experience with design and creating presentations using visual skills, graphics, and marketing
  • A financial services risk and finance background
  • 2+ years Public Company Experience or Experience in Corporate Development / Investor Relations / Investment Banking a plus
  • Teamwork orientation and a learn & grow attitude
  • Ability to act as extension of executive, fostering trust and demonstrating sound judgement while respecting established decision-making authority
  • Proactive identification of opportunities to streamline processes, generate efficiencies, and maximizing outputs
  • Track record of maintaining composure and productivity in fast-paced deadline driven settings
  • Experience working in a demanding environment with the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on cross-functional communication
  • Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint (and all other MS Office products).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay Range:
$28.95-$48.26/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
