Discover the Role

The primary role is to assist the client compliance team in daily administration and client reporting over the next 3-4 months. The role offers a good introduction into the financial services industry with an opportunity to build knowledge and experience in both compliance and fund administration. We value accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to focus on a task and complete it and an inquisitive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

To assist the Client Compliance Manager by undertaking daily tasks including:
  • Management of CCS inbox - assessing sorting, allocating, filing or deleting
  • Monitoring JFSC and regulatory updates, updating client guide on changes
  • Logging regulatory correspondence for client entities
  • Maintaining register of breaches, errors, litigation
  • To assist in compiling annual AML compliance reports to 31/3/25 for client entities
Key Requirements

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
  • Knowledge or interest in Compliance
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Flexible, analytical, and convincing
  • Good organizational skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
