Vacancy- Compliance Administrator

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE DOES NOT ATTRACT TIER 2 SPONSORSHIP OR ANY TYPE OF VISA SPONORSHIP. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK.

FullTime: 37.5 hours per week (Flexibilitybetween the hours of 8:30am to 6:30pm exact working hours to be agreed withpost holder) This role is fully onsite.

£29,349.96per annum

Main duties of the job

The role will broadly work across compliance areas such ashealth and safety administration, reporting and analysis, and people compliance.Your workload will be varied and will include database input, updating data, andworking across a multi-disciplinary team.

You will be ableto work in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, have attention todetail, be hard working with a flexible attitude. We are looking for someone who haveoutstanding organisation skills and have excellent IT skills which includesexcel and the ability to analysis large data.

Priorexperience of working in a General Practice or Primary Care would be a greatadvantage but not essential.

Beyond that, its all about your brilliant, positive energy andnatural ability to get along with people and build relationships.

This will include thedevelopment and implementation of effective Pre-Employment Administration,Organisational Health and Safety compliance, and revalidation processes andinsurance.

The post holder provides effective administration activitiesand processes relating to clinical governance, quality assurance, onboardingand offboarding processes, quality assurance and Care Quality Commission (CQC)compliance. The postholder will supportwith governance compliance and service specific requirements. The postholderwill also oversee document control and accessing and maintaining all compliancerecords.

  • High level of experience in the use of Excel functions such as using spreadsheets, workbooks, using functions such as simple formula, data filters, and data sets.
  • Good clear and confidence communicator
  • Excellent written skills to include proficient in touch typing
  • Administrative, organizational, and coordination skills
Desirable

  • Experience of working in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize your own workload
  • Experience of using specific NHS databases or willingness to learn
  • Good understanding of CQC requirements and mandatory notifications
