Job Title: Compliance Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our HR team. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and the Global Mobility department to support the operations of our business model. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organised, and possess a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Visa and Immigration Management:

  • Oversee and manage the visa application process, including preparation, submission, and tracking of visa applications.
  • Ensure all visa and immigration documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding visa and immigration inquiries.
  • Compliance Monitoring:
  • Maintain and update records to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Regularly audit internal processes to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
End-to-End Application Management:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end application processes related to compliance, including but not limited to work permits, visas, and other related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient processing of applications.
  • Monitor application timelines and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration and Support:

  • Work alongside the HR Manager and Global Mobility team to support business operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Provide support in other HR and compliance-related tasks as needed.
  • Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with employees, stakeholders, and external partners regarding compliance processes and requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on compliance activities and progress.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a compliance like role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
