The Role

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our diverse Legal team in London, supporting the expansion of our international compliance, risk and controls framework and helping us accelerate global growth. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our business complies with legal and regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions. As a Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with the Head of Ethics and Compliance, taking ownership of the Core Compliance Areas.

As a Compliance Analyst, you will support the implementation and delivery of core compliance programs, ensuring the company meets legal and regulatory standards while minimizing risk. You will stay updated on legislative developments, oversee compliance reviews for M&A and business projects, manage Counterparty Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, and supervise market abuse programs. Additionally, you will handle special projects, participate in cross-functional meetings, and collaborate with stakeholders across geographies to meet individual and team goals.

Desirable skills:

  1. Law degree required, with knowledge of anti-bribery, AML, GDPR, and market abuse regulations.
  2. Experience with CDD, KYC processes, and compliance contract reviews.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
  5. Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across jurisdictions.
