Compliance Monitoring Manager - Salary: up to £45,000
Are you experienced in Risk or Compliance and looking to progress your career within a supportive team environment? If so, the second line Compliance Monitoring Team is looking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager and we would love to hear from you! Using your excellent communication, planning and leadership skills, you will be responsible for managing review teams to complete monitoring work in line with the team's methodology.
A bit about the job:
The Compliance Monitoring Team is made up of people based in a number of sites across Aviva. We're here to give assurance to Senior Management of what is working well, whilst also giving a reliable, independent view of things that could be improved.
Reporting to a Senior Monitoring Manager, you will help us to deliver reviews covering Insurance, Wealth & Retirements and General Insurance by leading and working along with review teams.. Your communication skills will be needed across the full review process from planning through to the final report, and if a review finds that improvements are needed, you will work with business areas on action plans to improve controls and risk management, helping Aviva to make risk-based decisions and to deliver good outcomes for our customers.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too. And one of the ways we live up to that promise is by investing in you. We have so much to offer when it comes to being an Aviva colleague.
Aviva is for everyone:
We're inclusive and welcome everyone - we want applications from all backgrounds and experiences. Excited but not sure you tick every box? Even if you don't, we would still encourage you to apply. We also consider all forms of flexible working, including part time and job shares.
We flex locations, hours and working patterns to suit our customers, business, and you. Most of our people are smart working - spending around 50% of their time in our offices every week - combining the benefits of flexibility, with time together with colleagues.
