What you'll be doing...
Reporting directly to one of our Senior Compliance Officers, the key purpose of the role is provide a broad range of technical expertise, be a point of contact for regulatory advice for the business and have effective oversight on key compliance processes.
- Act as a business partner to key areas of the firm, providing regulatory oversight, advice, guidance and training across a variety of teams.
- Support the development, implementation and ongoing adherence to key compliance policies within the business.
- Provide regulatory advice and guidance to the business on a range of topics, including Consumer Duty, Financial Promotions, Complaints and Product.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...
- Experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector with a working knowledge of first- and second-line functions.
- Understanding of FCA regulations: COBS, ICOBS, SMCR, Financial Promotions, Consumer Duty, DISP, SYSC and PROD.
- Regulatory Horizon Scanning experience desirable.
- Ability to conduct research and present information effectively.
- Ability to work well as part of a team or independently under the direction of a senior team member.
- Ability to compile, enhance and present Management Information in relation to Compliance and Risk.
The expected range for this role is £25,000 - £34,000
