Responsibilites:
- Adapt documentation from central team to local laws and local business requirements/activity
- Provide or cascade the Central training on Compliance policies to all employees
- Support the commercial team on the Due Diligence Process and on the deals that need to be validated by (local) Compliance.
- Support the local business teams and local legal counsels regarding the approval of exceptions to AXA France (CLP) and AXA Group Compliance Clauses in client agreements.
- Manage any Compliance breaches reports to be filled and sent out to Central Compliance Team
- Prepare and fill all relevant data to the risk assessments that must be made, i.e. the Compliance Risk Assessment file and the Anti-Bribery & Corruption Risk assessment.
- Reply timely and adequately to any requests from Central Compliance Team.
- Performance of local regulatory watch & risk assessments
- Respond to requests from Compliance team on roll out of policies
- Local investigations or analysis as required by AXA Partners / IPA
- Support closure of internal control and Internal audit items in their respective regions
- Assist with closure of Internal Audit and Internal Compliance open items.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree in law or economics or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years working within Compliance, Audit or Risk teams of a regulated entity (insurance or banking industry)
- Ability to understand the business operation to oversee effectiveness of local compliance programs
- Understanding Insurance products and distribution models is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office, advanced PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent writing skills, critical thinking, and good analytical skills
- Autonomy and ability to work in a transversal and multicultural environment.
- Native Polish speaker, English language proficiency level min. B2.
- Development oriented and flexible person
- Prioritization and a pragmatic approach to tasks
- Ability to meet or exceed deadlines, prioritise, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
- High level of personal integrity
