WM Client Segment Risk is seeking to hire an Vice President who will report into the Head of Conduct Risk & Governance to support a variety of governance processes and strategic initiatives related to Financial Advisor ("FA") conduct, including the Heightened Supervision Committee, among other governance committees, as well as the design of metrics, processes and controls to identify and supervise FA conduct risk, and the analysis of such FAs. The candidate will work closely with the Chairs and Co-Chairs of the foregoing committees to analyze FAs and clients and, where necessary, to assist with the administration of the committees. The role will involve working with a broad range of stakeholders within Wealth Management including Region and Field Management, other parts of Risk, Legal, Compliance, Global Financial Crimes, SIU, among others.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as Secretary (officer) for multiple committee
• Coordination of committee meeting agendas, materials and execution of post-meeting procedure
• Analysis of Financial Advisor conduct
• Analysis of potential risk arising from clients with negative new
• Design and oversight of conduct supervisory control
• Design and oversight of conduct metric
• 5+ years of financial services experience, previous Morgan Stanley Wealth Management experience a plu
• Prior project management or governance experience preferred
• Strong aptitude for conduct risk principles and analysi
• Strong aptitude for WM investment products and related supervisory controls and processe
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skill
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, VISIO, Access and v-lookup
• Ability to operate independently or with limited supervision
• Ability to work well with colleagues, including senior colleagues, across a diverse range of working groups in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and demanding work environment
• Ability to multi-task and execute with high quality
• Excellent problem-solving and business judgment
• Strong written and oral communication skill

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 100,000 and 180,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
