Who You Are:
Placed under the supervision of the Group Chief Compliance Officer, who reports directly to the General Secretary, the Compliance Manager will assist in tasks, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, initiative and responsiveness. You will work closely with the rest of the Eutelsat Group Compliance Team on matters relating to Anti-Corruption, Training, National Security, Third-Party Due Diligence and other ad hoc compliance matters.
In this role, you will be in direct contact with all high-level internal partners (notably the Procurement, Sales, Human Resources and Finance Departments), as well as with external contacts (notably auditors, external advisors), in an international environment.

Who You Are:

What it takes:
- 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role within the compliance function preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Relevant compliance qualifications, e.g. ICA Diploma, CCEP, CEEP-I
- Project management skills
- Thorough understanding of international anti-bribery and corruption laws
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- You are dynamic, and you know how to work in full confidentiality; you are good at interpersonal relationships.
- Proficiency in French is a clear advantage
- Communicate with employees across all levels of the business to ensure they are aware of their role/s in compliance
- Coordinate, document and manage compliance incidents
- Develop and present training materials and sharing best practice throughout the business
- Carry out detailed research and complete documentation and risk assessments
- Maintain records of compliance processes and practices
- Carry out reviews of processes and adapt these based on effectiveness and feedback
- Prepare materials of risks and issues to present to key stakeholders
- Coordinate planning and management of regulatory change
