SUMMARY
Acts on administrative decisions and provides confidential office support to Human Resource Leadership Team. Assist with compliance related projects, workflows, and activities. May have additional functions specific to area of assignment.
Human Resource related roles include conducting audits, monitoring compliance and effective communication.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree in related field AND
Two (2) years of experience in administrative or human resources-related support roles in a business
OR
Four (4) years of experience in an administrative or human resource-related support role in a business office.
One (1) year experience in basic accounting/bookkeeping practices and principles.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite software applications, internet, intranet support, word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs.
Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Professional HR Certification (SPHR, PHR, or approved HR certificate from an accredited institution).
Bilingual - Spanish/English
Experience in a school district setting.
Experience with Infinite Visions software.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Location: 1010 E. 10th Street
Classification: Supervisory Confidential
FTE: 1.0 - 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
