The department of the DVC Academic provides a range of student support, information, guidance and development services across the University. These services work closely together in order to provide the best possible services to our students and to meet the strategic aims of the University.
ABOUT THE POST
Due to an exciting period of growth, we are seeking to appoint an International Support and Compliance Officers as part of the International Support and Compliance team. The team provides specialist support, advice and guidance for international students and is responsible for the effective management and maintenance of the University's Student licence from the admissions stage to graduation.
Reporting to the International Compliance Officer, the post holders will support the Student Sponsor late stage admissions and monitoring functions in accordance with immigration rules and Sponsor obligations, including CAS issuance, engagement monitoring, record keeping and auditing for students recruited onto our integrated and foundation programmes. The successful candidates will also play an active role in enrolment events; assist with student experience sessions and workshops; and deputise for the International Compliance Officer as required, including reporting duties and compiling MI for management.
The post holders will work closely with colleagues from across the University in the fulfilment of the role.
This post will be subject to a standard DBS Check.
