About our client
Our client, a global large-cap private equity fund, are currently looking to hire a Legal and Compliance Analyst on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. The fund, which has offices globally, has a strong track record of investing through multiple strategies, including private equity and private credit.
Due to an increase in deal flow and workload, the London legal and compliance function are now looking to make the addition of a Legal and Compliance Analyst to their team. The role will be a 12-month fixed term contract initially but there is a very strong possibility of going permanent and growing your career with the fund for the long term.
What the job involves

What the job involves
- Support the development of the fund`s compliance and legal risk frameworks
- Assist in the preparation of FCA regulatory reporting
- Review and preparation of NDAs, engagement letters and supplier commercial contracts
- Review and preparation of internal forms, policies and procedural documents
- Support on dialogue with external providers including counsel, regulators, and fund administration
- Coordinate compliance training and maintain compliance monitoring standards
- Experience gained working within investment management or private practice
- Proven experience of drafting legal and compliance documentation
- Knowledge of FCA requirements and relevant regulators
- Prior experience working within a private equity fund would be advantageous
- Great attention to detail with a can do attitude
