About the role
The Senior Enterprise Risk Manager will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer.
This role is pivotal in further evolving and delivering 10x's risk strategy, optimising the balance between robust controls and strategic growth initiatives during this exciting phase of the company.

About the role
The Senior Enterprise Risk Manager will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer.
This role is pivotal in further evolving and delivering 10x's risk strategy, optimising the balance between robust controls and strategic growth initiatives during this exciting phase of the company.
You will be responsible for...
- Developing and embedding a robust, proactive risk culture through coaching and other initiatives.
- Monitoring 10x's risk profile and reporting on progress against risk strategy, mitigations and appetite to Risk Management Committee.
- Providing oversight and challenge to risk assessments and mitigations, facilitating risk identification sessions.
- Managing RCSAs, refining risk, control, and external certification audits (e.g. SOC2).
- Ensuring the innovation and scalability of risk management processes to support company growth.
- Implementing data-driven risk management practices to enhance decision-making and risk identification.
Ideally you will have...
- Enterprise risk management experience in a tech company or challenger bank; operational resilience experience is a bonus
- Preferred experience with Big 4 in risk advisory and/or internal audit
- Familiarity with financial services industry practices and professional standards
- Tech risk management experience would be advantageous but not essential
- The ability to be a strong team player and an excellent collaborator
- The ability to impact and influence senior stakeholders
- The drive to innovate, cut through complexity, and deliver outstanding results
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in an IT or business-related field
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Strong integrity and professional ethics
- Solid business acumen
- Exceptional attention to detail
