Wealth Management Operational Risk - Risk and Control Self-Assessment Assistant Vice President
This role will provide broad exposure to functions and business lines within Wealth Management. The primary focus will be on mitigating risk and improving the control environment in Wealth Management. Specific duties will include:

Wealth Management Operational Risk - Risk and Control Self-Assessment Assistant Vice President
This role will provide broad exposure to functions and business lines within Wealth Management. The primary focus will be on mitigating risk and improving the control environment in Wealth Management. Specific duties will include:
- Assist in coordinating Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities across Wealth Management Business Units
- Work closely with Business Risk group partners to ensure that operational risks are reported in a timely, accurate and thoughtful manner to appropriately inform residual risk profiles
- Work closely with Operational Risk partners and Business Risk group partners to ensure the data quality of risks and controls are updated timely, in line with firm guidelines
- Assist with the evaluation and documentation of tactical and strategic remediation plans
- Contribute to the performance of post event reviews of processes, risks and controls residing within various product and business areas to ensure that controls are adequately designed and are operating effectively
- Assist with metrics and analysis for senior management, which allows the ability to identify and track thematic operational risks
- Perform analysis of RCSA and related Operational Risk data for quality assurance, and challenge the business on their risk profile
- Assist with control testing activities, to include defining and executing test scripts across a wide variety of Wealth Management functions, targeting controls that mitigate inherently critical and high risks
- Support ad-hoc projects to ensure appropriate solutions and/or analysis is delivered on-time and to a high level of quality

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of risk management experience within financial services, preferably within the Operational Risk Management discipline
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work well within a team
- Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts and coordinate with a large number of stakeholders
- Solid interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills (critical thinking ability)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree
