Overview This position supports the Bank's Fair and Responsible Banking ("FRB") Program. The Senior Compliance Risk Analyst will support the Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP and UDAP) program through providing assistance in maintaining Trustmark's Satisfactory or better regulatory ratings that applies to the FRB Program which includes compliance with Fair and Responsible banking laws including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations by aiding in identifying and mitigating potential fair and responsible banking risks.
