Experience &amp; Qualifications: • Sound technical knowledge with a clear understanding of the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, British Standards and Industry best practice (SFG20, CBM, etc). • Experience in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years' experience. • Have membership of a professional body e.g. CQI, IIRSM, IOSH, IET, etc. • ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Lead Auditor Certified. • ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems Internal Auditor Certified. • NEBOSH diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management. • Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining compliance management systems. • You will be an expert in the applicable legislation, have hands on experience, and you will be confident liaising with regulators, trade unions and forums. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments and decisions based on risk assessment. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. • Proficient with MS applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. #OC
