Founders and industry executives from Adyen, Pleo, N26, Mollie, and Plaid complete our stellar investor lineup</li></ul>Your Mission Build and maintain a best-in-class compliance program that ensures AML/CTF compliance while supporting Ivy's rapid growth and licensing ambitions, that includes policies and procedures. Support internal escalation reviews reducing manual workload and take over AML operations as well as taking ownership of the Transaction Monitoring system, Your Responsibilities <ul><li>Oversee and enhance Ivy's AML/CTF compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments.</li><li>Act as the MLRO, ensuring effective transaction monitoring, SAR reporting, and AML governance.</li><li>Provide regulatory oversight for onboarding processes, ensuring robust KYB/CDD checks for all customer segments.</li><li>Owner of the internal compliance training, ensuring that first-line teams operate within the defined compliance framework.</li><li>Lead regulatory reporting and audits, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to authorities.</li></ul>Your Profile Experience &amp; Expertise <ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in AML/Compliance within a regulated financial institution.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of AML regulations, including Finnish AML Law (444/2017) and PSD2 requirements.</li><li>Prior experience as an MLRO or Senior Compliance Officer in a PI, EMI, or similar financial services firm.</li><li>Strong understanding of risk-based approaches to KYB/CDD and transaction monitoring.</li></ul>Language &amp; Location <ul><li>Fluent in Finnish and English (both written and spoken).</li><li>Must be based in Finland.</li></ul>Preferred Skills <ul><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders.</li><li>Effective project management skills to drive compliance initiatives.</li></ul>The perks of working with us <ul><li>Make a real impact: Build a global technology winner challenging Visa &amp; Mastercard. Your Responsibilities <ul><li>Conduct detailed CDD reviews for new and existing customers, including individuals, entities, and high-risk customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.</li><li>Verify the identity of customers using documentation, public records, and third-party databases.</li><li>Collect and analyze information related to the customer's business, ownership structure, source of funds, and overall risk profile.</li><li>Communicate with customers to resolve onboarding issues and collect required documentation.</li><li>Contributing to the development and implementation of CDD processes and procedures.</li></ul>Your Profile Experience &amp; Expertise <ul><li>1-3 years' experience in CDD, KYC, AML, including sanctions, PEP, adverse media screening, and enhanced due diligence (EDD).</li><li>Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, AML regulations (e.g., FI AML Law 444/2017), and due diligence processes.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex customer profiles, ideally with a background in fintech or regulated financial entities.</li></ul>Language &amp; Location <ul><li>Proficient in Finnish and English (both written and spoken).</li><li>Must be based in Finland.</li></ul>Preferred Skills <ul><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.</li></ul>The perks of working with us <ul><li>Make a real impact: Build a global technology winner challenging Visa &amp; Mastercard.
