Of je nu werkt op ons hoofdkantoor in Den Bosch of vanuit huis: jij komt een bijdrage leveren aan de doorontwikkeling van ons compliancebeleid. In jouw rol van compliance officer word jij gelukkig van: <ul><li>Je collega's die jou weten te vinden voor een advies over compliance en integriteit. Zoals vragen over onze Gedragscode. Dankzij jouw uitstekende oordeelsvorming en gevoel voor integriteit, zijn ze bij jou aan het juiste adres.</li><li>Beleid maken en overbrengen naar medewerkers waarmee je bewustzijn creëert op verschillende thema's. Je geeft trainingen en presentaties aan (nieuwe) collega's. Bijvoorbeeld tijdens introductiedagen.</li><li>Collega's en management informeren hoe wet- en regelgeving het beste kan worden toegepast en audits uitvoeren om na te gaan of dit daadwerkelijk wordt gedaan. Hierin maak je ook gebruik van de expertise van je juridische collega's.</li></ul>Zo kan jouw werkdag eruitzien: Je doet vandaag een steekproef op een aantal hypotheekadviezen voor klanten. Je checkt of deze actueel zijn qua wet- en regelgeving. Ook kijk je mee of de persoonsgegevens op de juiste manier worden bewaard (AVG). Daarna adviseer je de verantwoordelijke leidinggevende over je bevindingen en de risico's en kansen die je ziet. Vervolgens werk je verder aan het CDD-beleid dat moet worden opgezet en uitgerold. Tussendoor krijg je een telefoontje van je collega van communicatie. Of je even kan meelezen op de nieuwsbrief die deze week naar alle zakelijke klanten moet worden gemaild. Wat zo leuk is: geen dag is hetzelfde in deze functie van compliance officer. Wat vragen wij? <ul><li>Minimaal hbo-werk- en -denkniveau.</li><li>Werkervaring als compliance officer binnen de financiële dienstverlening.</li><li>Een afgeronde opleiding op het gebied van compliance. Als je deze nog niet hebt, mag je de opleiding op onze kosten volgen.</li><li>Je hebt een juridische achtergrond en/of bent geïnteresseerd in wet- en regelgeving.</li><li>Jij kunt anderen goed overtuigen van jouw ideeën en staat stevig in je schoenen. Je kunt jezelf schriftelijk en mondeling uitstekend presenteren. Ook kun je goed inschatten wat voor invloed jouw beslissingen en activiteiten hebben, op de rest van de organisatie.</li></ul>Waar kom je te werken? Je gaat aan de slag op onze afdeling compliance samen met onze andere compliance officer. Je werkt vooral op ons hoofdkantoor in Den Bosch en thuis, maar je bent ook regelmatig bij je collega's op de kantoren in het hele land. Dit maakt jouw werk extra afwisselend. All regular transactions (processing invoices and bank statements) will be executed by your colleagues in India. Your role We will give you the opportunity to act as an independent financial within the FSSC EMEA team. In this role you are responsible for companies within the EMEA region. Where you are especially focused on month-end closing, statutory audits and tax activities. You will be using tools like; Hubble, JD Edwards, Tungsten, Blackline, Vena and Longview.
