Principal Compliance Analyst - 38319

Role This role resides within Recology's Legal Department on its Compliance Team. You will be working on projects focused within Compliance initiatives. While you will be managing multiple tasks/projects and working with your colleagues, you will also be able to work independently on research for specific business needs.Reporting to the Director of Compliance, this position entails supporting regulatory and data initiatives, as well as any ad hoc projects within the Compliance team. You will be expected to lead and take on business analysis requirements gathering and project delivery for compliance initiatives. Aside from these tasks, you will also be responsible for interacting with the business daily and providing support activities and communication with senior management. You should also expect to participate and lead compliance-related initiatives as this role requires the individual to be comfortable with corporate compliance and ethics initiatives.
