Essential Duties: <ul><li>Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building &amp; Equipment Inspections.</li><li>Train, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC's, OCC's, PI's, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.</li><li>On occasion, support Loss Prevention with Investigations.</li><li>On occasion, collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.</li><li>Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.</li><li>On occasion will be asked to participate in POS Testing.</li><li>Assist with other projects as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.</li><li>Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance. </li><li>Complete Lift Inspections as assigned. </li><li>Complete Asset (building and equipment), Safety and Operational readiness Audits as you visit each location. </li><li>Communicate with Store &amp; District leadership on the audit results. </li></ul>Communication: <ul><li>Works closely with the Field Leadership to ensure compliance initiatives are communicated and executed in a timely manner.</li><li>Builds strong partnerships in both the Store Support Center and field.</li></ul>Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.</li><li>4 plus years of Retail Management experience.</li><li>Must be able to multi-task/problem solve and possess strong analytical and time management skills.</li><li>Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently.</li><li>Self-directed team player with the ability to manage multiple activities.</li><li>Pro-active and process driven.</li><li>Must be a result oriented, with the ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus for chosen solutions.</li><li>Proven influence and collaboration skills and ability to effectively interact with management to identify, develop, and implement process compliance and improvements.</li><li>Able to be flexible and adapt to different work groups, work styles, and work environments.</li><li>Ability to develop creative solutions to problem-solving.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including presenting to large groups.</li><li>Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft suites of office products.</li><li>Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly driven.</li><li>Works well in the collaborative work environment.</li><li>Travel 75% plus in field operations.</li></ul>Closing Statement: This summary is not an all-inclusive description of job duties.
