You will: <ul> <li>Support the organisation in ensuring that the service is run in line with the Government Legislation, Ofsted regulations and our internal Quality Assurance Standards. </li> <li>Represent Compass Education's Vision and Ethos, whilst developing and providing a comprehensive and flexible administration service.</li> <li>Have a willingness to understand and uphold education regulations, policies and procedures and safeguarding procedures.</li> <li>Be a strong team player and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Attend meetings as required and ensure accurate minutes/notes are produced.</li> <li>Be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel and have a willingness to learn the use of our in-house databases such as MIS systems and safeguarding software. </li> <li>Have an ability to work under pressure and priorities your workload whilst remaining calm and professional in a busy environment.</li> <li>Support with daily welfare checks.</li> <li>Undertake administrative tasks and reception duties. </li></ul>Previous administrative experience is essential for this role.
