My job We have an exciting opportunity at our Ruskington site for an Engineering Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role is a key position in the Engineering department working Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00. Tasks and responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Management of all communication and documentation regarding legal compliance within the engineering department.</li> <li>Management of contractor control</li> <li>Information capture and data input</li> <li>Daily and weekly Engineering reports</li> <li>Provide holiday and absence cover for Engineering stores manager (raising of purchase orders)</li> <li>Organising engineering personnel onboarding, availability for training and ensuring annual leave documentation is kept up to date.</li> <li>Uphold and enforce 'Safety is a Condition' on site at all times to promote a safe working environment.</li> <li>Any other duties that may be reasonably required in line with main job role.</li></ul>Our ideal candidate will be self motivated and well organised. Excellent communication skills, good IT skills and knowledge of MS Office software are essential. Experience of using SAP and previous work in similar environment will be advantageous.
