Primarily responsible for monitoring and enforcing the vehicle parking regulations established by the Board of Directors and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&amp;R's) Additional compliance tours of the community as necessary. Position Responsibilities: <ul><li>Patrol all areas of the community and record parking compliance notices to residents/guests per the governing documents.</li><li>Perform compliance tours with Compliance Manager when special projects arise.</li><li>Report street light outages.</li><li>Report street sign issues.</li><li>Other related duties as directed.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: <ul><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate proficiently to interact and work positively and effectively with staff and residents at all levels.</li><li>Ability to utilize computer programs and database systems, including Microsoft Office, internet, and e-mail systems.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.</li><li>Ability to manage conflict with upset customers in person in a calm and rational manner to diffuse difficult situations.</li><li>Ability to utilize standard office equipment. </li></ul>Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment <ul><li>Walking and or driving throughout the community.</li><li>Utilizing a computer and other office equipment.</li><li>Sitting for long periods.</li></ul>
