Role Purpose:To provide professional and technical support to facilitate and oversee contractual assurance and statutory compliance activities for the contract clients. CBRE Managed Services Ltd provide a 24/7 operational service delivery for all the M&amp;E, Fabric and Grounds maintenance services covering 58 locations throughout Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas. This operational contract is managed by the Account Director and 2 x M&amp;E Managers. This role will form part of the Cambridge NHS Trusts, Operational Support Team to support management and delivery of Trust related technical assurance services to achieve and exceed our customer expectations through meeting our KPI's, Service Level Agreements and Contractual obligations effectively and efficiently.
