Une expérience complémentaire concernant des lois ou réglementations internationales similaires au RGPD ou à l'AI Act serait un plus. A défaut, une expérience dans un poste avec une forte dimension internationale sera appréciée. Ses missions sont déclinées dans chacune des entités du Groupe CACIB tant en France qu'à l'international. Vous rejoignez le département Global Markets Regulatory Compliance, qui est en charge du dispositif global des métiers portant sur la conformité avec les normes internes et externes, telles que la détection et la prévention des abus de marché, les comportements anticoncurrentiels et l'identification, la prévention et la gestion des conflits d'intérêts et des contrôles s'y rapportant.
