Responsible for overseeing the adherence to established legal and regulatory compliance and privacy statewide for the NorthStar Care Community (NSCC). Collaborates with federal, State, and regional agencies as necessary Qualifications: <ul><li>A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a clinical and/or administrative field required. Master's degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality service improvement and regulatory compliance required.</li><li>Three (3) to five (5) years of previous management experience that entailed significant accountability for adherence to established legal and regulatory compliance requirements required.</li><li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse required. The incumbent will act as a core member of the Business and Functions Compliance team, supporting a broad range of Advisory Compliance activities across the various business units and functional areas within the UK branch, including Banking and Markets desks.
