Role Summary: The Manager, SOX Compliance will support the Company's compliance initiatives, enhance and standardize operational and information technology policies and procedures, perform controls testing procedures across various functional areas, collaborate with international compliance team members, manage external consultants that assist with controls testing and provide recommendations on process improvements and participate in special compliance projects as required.
