Communicate regularly with the team and manager to provide updates on progress.</li></ul>Who you are <ul><li>You can demonstrate experience in planning &amp; executing audits. You have 5-10 years of comprehensive knowledge of auditing practices, accounting standards, regulatory requirements and Risk Management principles and knowledge of Risk Management functions (i.e. Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Capital Stress Testing, Risk Data Reporting) within a large financial institution. It is an asset if you possess a Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance and a professional designation (e.g., CPA, MBA, CIA, FRM) or equivalent business experience. You've had exposure to the regulatory landscape of the banking industry, and are proficient in MS Office. Manages customer complaints assuring accurate complaint description, root cause is identified and a meaningful preventative measure is documented. Determines if customer claims are valid based on complaint evidence and works to minimize NWF financial exposure.
