Conduct annual salary planning analysis by reviewing market data and presenting recommendations based on findings to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness Evaluate jobs at MBUSI and maintain inventory database of market benchmarks for each job. Benchmark, classify, and reclassify jobs in collaboration with business partners as needed. Compensation & Compliance Specialist

JOB PURPOSE The Compliance Administrator will provide quality assurance support to the Quality Management System (QMS/ISO), as well as being responsible for helping ensure the company maintains compliance in all aspects of Federal Firearm Laws (FFL) as administered by the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) administration.
