THE POSITION In the Compliance Systems Analyst position you will have oversight of the compliance activities of an assigned portfolio to ensure the properties are compliant with timely certification processing for tax credit, HUD, and other housing program regulations. In this role you will provide compliance analytical support to Asset Management and engage regularly with third party vendors to ensure maximized subsidy is achieved. Currently, our portfolio is over 25,000 units which consists of mixed subsidy - HUD and tax credit properties in multiple states.
