We are currentlylooking for a IT Compliance Analyst. Can this person be you? WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE? <ul><li>Monitor activities of assigned IT areas to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures including configuration, account, and activity reviews;</li><li>Conduct third party CyberSecurity Assessments based on company methodology as well as answer to Client's Assessment inquiries;</li><li>Identify creative solutions that minimize both compliance risk and resources required to comply and impact to business operations;</li><li>Drive proactive corrective action where required;</li><li>Contribute to and/or prepare training materials to ensure compliance requirements are met;</li><li>Apply and interpret audit and compliance requirements for team members;</li><li>Coordinate internal business unit audits and interact with external auditors on matters related to audits of the organization's internal controls;</li><li>Coordinate the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from audit findings or changes in regulations.</li></ul>IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO... <ul><li>Bsc or MSc in Computer Sciences, Business and Information Management, Management or Law with a technology / CyberSecurity / IT Risk related disciplines;</li><li>3-5 years experience in Information Technology/Information Security, IT Auditing or IT Risk;</li><li>Knowledge of policies and procedures related to GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001;</li><li>Demonstrate previous experience using IT industry standards and reference models e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 22301;</li><li>Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills;</li><li>A proactive problem solver;</li><li>Focused in developing scalable and sustainable solutions;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate compliance related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff;</li><li>Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing credibility and relationships across the company;</li><li>Ability to escalate issues at the right time/level and ability to bring teams together to resolve issues in a productive manner.</li></ul>THEN YOU ARE THE ONE WE ARE LOOKINGFOR!Send us your CV by 30-05-2025.
