Job Description Job Description <ul><li>Assist in overseeing regulatory compliance across the Netherlands, and Europe. </li><li>Identify, monitor, mitigate, and report on regulatory risk matters to ensure compliance with local and international standards. </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert in safeguarding rules across Netherlands and Europe, ensuring the firm's funds flow designs comply with safeguarding requirements. </li><li>Assist in the advising the business on regulatory compliance matters, offering guidance to stakeholders in product, technology, operations, and sales. </li><li>Develop and implement regulatory strategies with the Regulatory Leadership Function to support business objectives and ensure regulatory readiness. </li><li>Engage with leadership and contribute towards updates and findings to senior governance forums such as Risk Committees. </li><li>Collaborate with the Regulatory Director in engaging with local and European level regulatory bodies and agencies to stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance. </li><li>Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. </li><li>Foster a culture of compliance within the organization, promoting awareness and adherence to regulatory requirements. </li></ul>This is a Netherlands based remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within the electronic money and payments industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of safeguarding rules and regulations across the Netherlands.</li><li>Expertise in designing flows of funds to comply with safeguarding requirements preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to identify, monitor, mitigate, and report on regulatory risk matters.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional and jurisdictional teams, including product, technology, operations, and sales, on regulatory compliance matters preferred.</li><li>Strong presentation creation skills, with experience contributing towards forum presentations that are viewed within senior governance forums such as Risk Committees.</li></ul>Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
