The Air Compliance Specialist provides office and field support to the EHS&amp;S Department. This position assists with the general monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements required by federal, state, and local environmental rules and regulations, specific to air pollution and air quality. As an EHS&amp;S team member, this position will assist with IMTT's ability to ensure the company is in compliance with all applicable environmental regulatory and internal requirements. Responsibilities <ul><li>Perform a variety of monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting requirements to maintain compliance with the facility's Title V air permit. This position will ensure the Operations, Safety, IT, Risk and Data teams maintain cross-functional compliance with all NYC Local Laws, Rules, Regulations and Contract Requirements established for the NYC Commercial Wate Zone Program. Additional responsibilities will include include defining the path to sustainable maintenance of all auditable information, collaborating daily with operational stakeholders to maintain an accurate flow of information within DSNY's data repository, and coordinating the cadenced and ad hoc reporting of necessary data. Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. <ul><li>Partners with and ensures IWS stake holders understand required business practices needed to remain in compliance with NYC Commercial Waste Zone rules and regulations, including ensuring cross-functional activities between departments are coordinated and compliant with CWZ contract.</li><li>Serves as subject matter expert for all CWZ rules and regulations including interpreting and training IWS stakeholders on CWZ contract requirements.</li><li>Meets daily with IWS stakeholders to ensure required CWZ information is submitted timely and accurately to NYC.</li><li>Monitors CWZ contract and implements rules and guidelines for staying in compliance.
