They help us balance a healthy risk appetite, so we're empowered to expand our horizons. What you'll own <ul><li>Ensuring that Worldpay Card Brand Compliance (Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover) is fulfilled for Worldpay merchants, Worldpay Sponsor Banks, Third Parties or other entities. </li><li>This will entail facilitating new or changes in card brand rules or programs, card brand registrations, oversight and reporting or applicable fees or assessments. </li><li>Works closely with internal and external stakeholders as a project liaison, subject matter expert, facilitates card brand functions, and recommends best practice solutions for timely route to market.</li><li>Responds to issues and matters pertaining to card brand compliance of Worldpay products, services and business activities.</li><li>Performs periodic reviews and evaluations of Worldpay products, services and business activities to validate card brand compliance, weak controls or other potential areas of exposure.</li><li>Participates in development of compliance sessions/presentations.</li><li>Participates in training promoting compliance awareness.</li><li>Assists the business with responses to customer card brand compliance-specific questions and concerns.</li></ul>What you bring <ul><li>Ability to monitor and communicate card band changes that impact Worldpay products, services and business activities.</li><li>Ability to maintain knowledge of applicable card brand rules and regulations.</li><li>Ability to offer guidance on implementing card brand changes.</li><li>Strengths in Communicating detailed card brand requirements to LOBs, validate solutions, and monitors status.</li><li>Experience Preparing and approving internal and customer communications covering card brand compliance issues (bulletins, position statements, monthly reports, etc.)</li><li>Other related duties assigned as needed.</li></ul>What makes a Worldpayer What makes a Worldpayer? They help us balance a healthy risk appetite, so we're empowered to expand our horizons. Payment Data Security team manage the portfolio of merchants in the Level 1-3 space. We are responsible for reporting the PCI DSS compliance status to the card brands, Mitigating risk and avoiding Non -compliance assessments. We also manage Third Party service provider Compliance and account data compromise programs. What you'll own <ul><li>Provide written and verbal guidance to shareholders on the applicability of card network security requirements.</li><li>Drive validation and certification compliance among third party agents and contracted partners.</li><li>Review and record compliance documentation.</li><li>Offer guidance on third party agent registration requirements.</li><li>Facilitate and track internal and external reporting on adoption and participation in card network security programs.</li><li>Maintain collaborative relationship with the card networks and Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council.</li><li>Assist and support the organization with data security and related rules and mandates.</li><li>Develop and disseminate educational materials regarding changing rules and requirements.</li><li>Participate in Account Data Compromise/ PCI Forensic Investigation meetings as related to Third Party Agent Breaches</li></ul>Where you'll own it You'll own it in our Cincinnati Office hub.
