This is a newly created position with a global scope, offering the opportunity to shape and influence our compliance framework worldwide. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Take ownership of preparation and coordination activities for external IT audits and regulatory requests.</li> <li>Ensuring timely and complete delivery of required evidence conduct gap assessments against IT compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Identifying areas for improvement and proposing remediation steps execute action plans to address IT audit findings and compliance issues.</li> <li>Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices support the development and maintenance of IT and security policies and procedures provide subject-matter expertise to teams on IT compliance requirements.</li> <li>Translating regulatory language into practical implementation maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation across all IT compliance activities.</li> </ul>Requirements <ul> <li>Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR.</li> <li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, or related domains.</li> <li>Solid understanding of IT risk management principles and audit processes.</li> <li> Hands-on experience conducting gap assessments and developing remediation plans. </li> <li>Ability to work independently on complex compliance tasks with minimal oversight. </li> <li>Strong knowledge of IT compliance frameworks and regulatory environments.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder interaction.</li> <li> Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.</li> </ul>Nice to have: <ul> <li>Experience in FinTech or other highly regulated industries.</li> <li>Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as DORA and PCI DSS. </li> <li>Experience supporting or participating in disaster recovery and business continuity testing.</li> </ul>What you will get in return: <ul> <li>Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay!
