About the Position Reporting to the VP, Senior Compliance Manager, the Conduct Risk Manager will provide support to the UK Monitoring and Compliance functions in a wide variety of areas. You will be part of the Legal, Regulatory &amp; Compliance team work closely with the Delegated Authority and Claims teams, as well as Underwriters. Targeting retail banking professionals, we support clients in making strategic risk decisions, optimizing risk environments, maintaining customer focus, and being trusted partners to help their businesses grow.</li></ul>What your days will look like: <ul><li>You will be a part of the team driving the development of technology-enabled client solutions and offerings which help our retail banking clients manage their conduct risks and deliver good customer outcomes.
