WM Client Segment Risk is seeking to hire an Vice President who will report into the Head of Conduct Risk &amp; Governance to support a variety of governance processes and strategic initiatives related to Financial Advisor ("FA") conduct, including the Heightened Supervision Committee, among other governance committees, as well as the design of metrics, processes and controls to identify and supervise FA conduct risk, and the analysis of such FAs. The candidate will work closely with the Chairs and Co-Chairs of the foregoing committees to analyze FAs and clients and, where necessary, to assist with the administration of the committees. The role will involve working with a broad range of stakeholders within Wealth Management including Region and Field Management, other parts of Risk, Legal, Compliance, Global Financial Crimes, SIU, among others. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: This person will report to an MD.
