Develop understanding of our solutions, tools, and assets, while sharing knowledge and drawing on subject matter specialists accordingly.</li> <li>Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, industry associations, and clients, particularly within the Irish market including C-Suite level.</li> <li>Reporting &amp; Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on conduct risk assessments, findings, and recommendations for clients and senior management, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance.</li> <li>Practice Management: Ensuring Service Quality best practices and standards are delivered on. Deliver assignments to a high level of client satisfaction and within agreed timelines and budget </li> <li>Personal Development: Invest in continuous learning on industry, regulatory trends and technology, applying insights to drive innovation and client value</li></ul>Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; </li> <li>4+ years for Senior Consultant in risk management or consulting, with exposure to conduct risk and consumer protection in the Irish context as well as a proven track record of success and experience working across cross functional teams.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills and at ease working with multiple stakeholders </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solution focused mind-set with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements</li> <li>Ability to work independently and autonomously, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation in managing projects and client relationships.</li> <li>Good teaming and interpersonal skills and capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li></ul>Ideally, you will also have <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.</li> <li>Project management experience</li></ul>What we look for Our Risk Consulting team is seeking a dynamic and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
