Position Overview: The Global Trade Compliance Analyst will support legal and trade compliance management in connection with the implementation of a trade compliance program across multiple businesses by: developing and providing training; working with business partners to prepare export licenses; confirming proper screening and authorizations are in place prior to shipments or facility visits; supporting jurisdiction and classification analysis; and conducting internal audits to help ensure compliance with U.S. Government and non-U.S. export regulations. The Physical Security Compliance Specialist will be based at our factory location in Wilton Connecticut with a focus on Physical Security systems (e.g. Access Control / Video Surveillance / Intrusion Detection) and Physical Security Operations (e.g. security guarding / physical security control rooms) on ASML locations in the assigned region. To support the growth of ASML the Physical Security field of work was restructured with a clear demarcation between Physical Security execution (1st line) and Physical Security compliance (2nd line). The Physical Security Compliance team is part of the Risk and Business Assurance (RBA) Physical Security team and reports to the CISO in RBA department.
