What will you be doing: <ul><li>Develop and maintain analytic dashboards for ongoing analysis and identification of gaps and opportunities.</li><li>Propose and carry out technological improvements to current processes and projects within Compliance Team.</li><li>Oversee various compliance platforms to keep updated trackers.</li><li>Handle Data Retention Policy requests in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Support daily operations and participate in projects within Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs Europe, contributing to the achievement of BRIGHT Targets with the Global Compliance Team.</li><li>Work in a quickly changing environment with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Ensure full flexibility within the team to meet existing and future business needs</li><li>Contribute to policy enforcement by reviewing and managing compliance policies' queries.</li><li>Participate in Vendor Due Diligence procedures</li></ul>What you'll bring: <ul><li>Fluency in English (C1 Level)</li><li>Graduates with Bachelors degree, preferably in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
