About this role Title: Associate, Prudential Risk Specialist, Enterprise Risk Management Business and Team Overview BlackRock's Risk &amp; Quantitative Analysis (RQA) group provides independent oversight of BlackRock's fiduciary and enterprise risks. What your days will look like: <ul><li>Proactively assist in the delivery of business change and conduct risk transformation projects, which may include managing several concurrent client programmes, reporting progress to Senior Managers and above.</li><li>Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges, help firms to rethink their approach to risk and control and work with our clients to create robust and sustainable change, including through the incorporation of technology enablement and AI.</li><li>Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and help identify opportunities to broaden relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Keep up to date with significant economic challenges and contribute to the development of your team's technical acumen.</li></ul>This role is for you if you have: <ul><li>Experience working within financial services risk and control projects either from a consulting, banking or regulatory background.</li><li>Experience working with senior stakeholders, developing effective working relationships and providing insightful management information.</li><li>Experience leveraging technology tools and generative AI in day to day activities, or as part of projects or programmes of work. Wholesale Banking Risk & Control Analyst - Manager

Description Position at WorldFirst What you'll do: <ul><li>In depth understanding of e-wallet function, local market, and perform analysis of payment products, promotion activities and other account activities; keep up with business development and changes, conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential fraud risk and implement proper controls to prevent dishonest activities;</li><li>Leveraging quantitative methods to quickly identify fraud events through in-depth analysis of historical data, develop, design and implement complete data-driven risk management framework, strategy and model to mitigate fraud risk in the real time;</li><li>Review and investigate suspected / fraud cases, liaise with law enforcement as needed, and work with functional units to identify gaps, develop and strengthen fraud mitigation strategies; </li><li>Identify new fraud and cybercrime threats to the payment systems, continuous refinement of internal control framework, policies and procedures, fraud management engine to mitigate fraud risks in relation to the operation of payment systems;</li><li>Create various analytical reports and present to management team;</li><li>Assist in team management and continuously improve team professional capability and risk awareness.</li></ul>What we're looking for: <ul><li>University degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, management science or similar disciplines; </li><li>Well versed in SQL, SAS, Python, R or similar tools.
