My job Pilgrim's Ethics &amp; Compliance Department is seeking an Analyst for the Ethics &amp; Compliance team. The new team member will primarily be responsible for analyzing compliance-related data, and assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Pilgrim's compliance program and other substantive ad-hoc projects. This position is fully onsite at our Pilgrims Europe HQ in Uxbridge, London What will I be doing? <ul> <li>Monitor and analyze the fraud detection algorithms in connection with our continuous transaction monitoring software solution; investigate the identified anomalies or assign to the appropriate party for follow up; and document outcomes.</li> <li>Third-party risk management, including the third-party workflow module of our compliance software solution which involves monitoring risk scoring, managing questionnaires, and conducting additional screening and due diligence as needed. </li> <li>Assist with developing procedures around compliance software. Develop reporting as needed.</li></ul><ul> <li>Data analysis for quarterly and ad-hoc internal reporting purposes to identify trends and interpret and convey relevant information to business units.</li> <li>Assist and coordinate with other business and operational departments for developing metrics for measuring and tracking the effectiveness of the Compliance Program and ensuring appropriate documentation of compliance responsibilities.</li> <li>Support the implementation, execution, maintenance, and improvements of the overall Compliance Program.</li> <li>Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.</li></ul>What will I need to have? <ul> <li>3+ years of data analytics, auditing, and/or corporate compliance experience</li> <li>Solid knowledge and experience in data analytics - must want to learn and grow with the role;</li> <li>MBA, CFE or similar degree preferred but not required</li> <li>Working knowledge in anti-corruption laws in general a plus</li> <li>Working knowledge of compliance concepts such as conflict of interests, third-party due diligence, fraud, antitrust, anti-corruption, as well as related internal controls, metrics, and monitoring</li> <li>Working knowledge of SAP</li> <li>Excellent time management and prioritization skills and performs well under pressure</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Organized, and have keen attention to detail</li> <li>Analytical/critical thinking and creative problem-solving skill a must</li> <li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li> <li>A team-player who thrives in a collaborative environment</li> <li>Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.</li> <li>As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Ethics and Compliance Analyst

Position Overview: As Insulet continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Ethics &amp; Compliance Manager to support the Director, Compliance Officer, with the design and implementation of the Ethics and Compliance Programme across the EMEA region. The Ethics &amp; Compliance Manager, EMEA, will drive integrity and ethical business conduct and take a leading role in, among other things, the development of new/revision of existing compliance policies, procedures and tools, and updating and maintaining an employee training framework on Ethics and Compliance. This role will work in a cross-functional capacity to continue operationalizing the Ethics and Compliance Programme. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop, monitor and update general policies and procedures and other tools related to Ethics and Compliance and company interactions with Healthcare Professionals.</li><li>Design and execution of a new training framework in Ethics and Compliance for all employees, with a focus on bringing in new training modules and learning methods.</li><li>Manage the Distributor Risk Monitoring Programme.</li><li>Ensure existing Legal &amp; Compliance processes are relevant, current and applicable, updating and creating as necessary. </li><li>Monitor business activities involving Healthcare Professionals and employees.</li><li>Proactively identify areas of potential vulnerability and Ethics and Compliance risk; develop and implement action plans to prevent, detect and/or mitigate Ethics and Compliance issues and provide general advice to avoid similar situations in the future.</li><li>Perform evaluations of the Ethics &amp; Compliance Programme's effectiveness presenting effectiveness with supportive analytics.</li><li>Work cross-functionally to identify emerging risk areas within the organization and seek opportunities for process improvement.</li><li>Perform other duties as required to continue to grow Insulet's Ethics and Compliance Programme.</li></ul>Education and Experience: Minimum Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree and demonstrated experience in Compliance or Legal roles focused on Life Sciences industry;</li><li>Direct experience designing, implementing, and overseeing Ethics and Compliance Programmes;</li><li>Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to global Life Sciences companies, including, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and industry codes - such as MedTech Europe's Code of Ethical Business Practice, EFPIA Code or local versions thereof - regulating interactions with Healthcare Professionals;</li><li>Strong commitment to ethics and integrity in all aspects of work; ability to drive a proactive ethical culture in which compliance and business objectives are mutually reinforcing;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally; must be able to work and lead collaboratively in a team environment with a wide variety of company personnel on a broad range of matters, including Compliance, Legal, Finance, and business colleagues at various levels within the organization;</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, refined communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in written and spoken English required;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently and manage discrete areas of responsibility, and to flourish in a fast-paced environment;</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge on the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li></ul>Preferred Skills and Competencies: <ul><li>Experience using data analytics to support core compliance program activities including measuring the effectiveness of compliance trainings/programmes;</li><li>Experience evaluating the effectiveness of Ethics &amp; Compliance programmes;</li><li>Hands on experience supporting a Learning Management System;</li><li>Fluency in French and/or German is a plus.</li></ul>Physical Requirements: <ul><li>This is a UK-based position, which can be hybrid or fully in-person at Insulet's London (Hammersmith) Office.
