The Role The Policy, Integrity and Performance Team within Research, Innovation and Knowledge Exchange (RIKE) is looking to recruit a Policy Officer (Ethics and Compliance). The team has a number of key institutional responsibilities, providing support across a range of areas to ensure the highest possible standards of research. The team has oversight of research integrity, research governance and compliance, including the trusted research agenda. This covers university policies and processes, research management information (as the business owner for PURE, the university's research information system), leadership of the Research Excellence Framework (REF) and impact agenda, and leading statutory returns such as the Higher Education Business and Community Interaction Survey (HE-BCI).
