The ISG Financial Crimes Risk ("FCR") Team is embedded within the Firm's business line. It is responsible for identifying, assessing, and escalating potential money laundering and reputational risk issues associated with higher risk client types. Change Management PMO • Primary liaison between GFC and CORDS Advisory and Training to review and agree on proposed KYC changes. • Facilitate meetings to discuss and refine KYC policy proposals, ensuring stakeholders engagement. Tracking and Reporting • Monitor the implementation of KYC policy changes across 1LOD ensuring timely updates and adherence to deadlines. • Prepare regular reports for governance forum, highlighting progress, challenges, and outcomes of KYC policy implementations. Exclusion Approval Process • Lead a quarterly (or ad-hoc) forum to obtain stakeholder approval for new or modified exclusions. • Document all approvals in accordance with current governance policy. • Ensure Exclusions Request Forms are completed for any new exclusions or modifications. FCR Procedure maintenance • Manage FCR procedure maintenance process. • Ensure procedures updates meet organizational standards and KYC requirements. • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure updates are communicated effectively and address any issues or discrepancies. • Ensure a clear audit trail of the procedures update process is maintained in line with record keeping requirements. Continuous Improvement • Identify opportunities for enhancing KYC processes and policies based on feedback and implementation outcomes. • Work with stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement in KYC practices. Operational Non-Financial Risk Manager

We are looking for an Operational / Non-financial Risk Manager to join our Legal Risk &amp; Compliance ("LRC") team to further enhance our Risk Team. You will be part of the LRC team reporting to the Group Director Risk &amp; General Counsel. You will work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the Risk &amp; Compliance Manager and other legal, compliance, and risk professionals within the LRC team and with other business units and stakeholders within Loyens &amp; Loeff to integrate operational / non-financial risk management practices into all the firm's daily operations. As an Operational / Non-financial Risk Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective (operational &amp; information security) risk management practices within our firm. Your responsibilities as an Operational / Non-financial Risk Manager: <ul><li>Risk Framework Development: Jointly with the Group Director Risk &amp; General Counsel develop, implement and maintain Loyens &amp; Loeff's Risk Management Framework including relevant policies and procedures. Ensure alignment of such policies and procedures with best practices and regulatory requirements;</li><li>Risk Identification and Assessment: Jointly with the relevant stakeholders organize risk (self)-assessments to identify, assess and manage operational / non-financial risks that may impact Loyens &amp; Loeff's operations;</li><li>Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies to manage the impact of operational / non-financial risks and facilitate, support and render advice to Loyens &amp; Loeff stakeholders (Board, partners, directors, associates, staff);</li><li>Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyze operational / non-financial risk indicators. Prepare and provide regular reporting to Board or other stakeholders on risk status, risk obligations and mitigating actions;</li><li>Incident Management: Jointly with Loyens &amp; Loeff stakeholders, ensure that incidents related to operational / non-financial risk (i) are properly captured and handled, (ii) assessed as to the cause of such incidents, (iii) result in mitigating actions, and, where required, (iv) are properly reported to the Board, Incident Management Crisis Team (ICMT) or other stakeholders;</li><li>Risk Culture Promotion: Foster a risk-awareness culture within Loyens &amp; Loeff.
