Responsibilities <ul><li>Responsible for delivery of the Profit Protection &amp; Compliance event day agenda and associated work activities.</li><li>Monitor compliance to Delaware North policies and procedures, health &amp; safety guidelines and legal requirements in operational areas to ensure full compliance ensuring all staff are working in a safe and secure environment.</li><li>Management of security related incidents involving Delaware North personnel or in Delaware North operational areas.</li><li>Carry out event day revenue &amp; stock variance investigations &amp; conduct kiosk/bar &amp; worker observations to monitor performance.</li><li>Carry out assessment audits on staff within the Team Leader training program, providing feedback on performance &amp; training, making recommendation to the Team Leader and wider full-time management team that will drive improvement &amp; ensure staff are either successfully appointed in role or removal from the program.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Experienced in coaching and mentoring others to drive performance.#</li><li>Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.</li><li>Good working knowledge of managing operational standards &amp; health and safety requirements, within a catering setting.</li><li>Proven experience in management experience in Profit Protection and/or similar role or Management/ Supervisory experience in catering/ hospitality operations.</li><li>Working knowledge of HR Employment law.</li><li>Experience in conducting corporate investigation interviews.</li><li>Investigation Report &amp; Statement writing.</li><li>Flexible to support mobile working across UK business.</li><li>Able to work weekends and evening events to support Profit Protection &amp; Compliance duties.</li></ul>Hourly Maximum Rate GBP £26.80/Hourly Work Location Since its opening in 2007, Delaware North have been the proud hospitality provider at the iconic Wembley Stadium, home to England's National Football Teams. Ses missions sont déclinées dans chacune des entités du Groupe CACIB tant en France qu'à l'international. Vous rejoignez le département Global Markets Regulatory Compliance, qui est en charge du dispositif global des métiers portant sur la conformité avec les normes internes et externes, telles que la détection et la prévention des abus de marché, les comportements anticoncurrentiels et l'identification, la prévention et la gestion des conflits d'intérêts et des contrôles s'y rapportant.
