About The Role We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Officer / Lead System Administrator to provide essential support in managing quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and IT systems across the organisation. This role combines administrative responsibilities, data analysis, and system oversight to ensure quality processes are robust, effective, and compliant with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations.
