This is a temporary contract for a minimum of 12 months covering one of the existing team as they head off on maternity leave. There will be a period of handover with the existing manager so that you can get up-to-speed with their responsibilities. You'll also be helping us to support the business to grow by getting stuck into existing team priorities and projects. You will report to the Head of Risk and Compliance (SMF16) and work with a team of five Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime Managers and Analysts. The role requires an experienced FCA compliance professional with a solid understanding of the FCA regime, the regulatory landscape and financial services legislation. A consumer credit background as well as a strong understanding of SM&amp;CR is preferred, but candidates will be considered from any financial services background.
