Assistant Risk Manager - Infrastructure

Team/Role Overview The Processing Risk Analytics Director is a strategic professional who leverages their knowledge of more general Operational Risk research and developments to adapts them for application to Processing Risk across Citi (focusing on manual processes performed in the service of the firm's key businesses). The individual is also expected to have extensive prior experience in Operational Risk in a large, diverse financial services firm. The work will require highly developed communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide, influence and come to agreement with others, in particular colleagues in other areas. Accountable for developing and providing both Citi wide and more granular views of Processing Risk - quantitative and qualitative. The individual should be familiar with working with large relatively homogeneous data sets as well as with more highly differentiated, higher risk data. They will interact with both 1st Line of Defence and 2nd Line of Defence to measure, track and oversee the remediation of Processing Risk. They will be expected to build a wide network of contacts across the firm's businesses and Operations Risk Management.
