OMB's staff of analysts and experts assembles and oversees the City's expense and capital budgets, which fund the activities of approximately 90 City agencies and entities. The Community Development Block Grant - Entitlement and Disaster Recovery (CDBG-EDR) Unit oversees the City's Community Development Block Grant awards, which are administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Congress established the CDBG Entitlement program in 1974 to provide annual grants for housing, economic development, and other projects that principally benefit low- and moderate-income persons. Analyst - Compliance & Monitoring

The Air Compliance Specialist provides office and field support to the EHS&amp;S Department. This position assists with the general monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements required by federal, state, and local environmental rules and regulations, specific to air pollution and air quality. As an EHS&amp;S team member, this position will assist with IMTT's ability to ensure the company is in compliance with all applicable environmental regulatory and internal requirements.
