JOB SUMMARY: CARE is hiring an experienced compliance professional to support CARE's global compliance framework. As a Legal Compliance Specialist, you will work in the Legal Department and contribute to CARE's mission by promoting a strong culture of integrity and compliance that is essential for our work around the world. You will partner with Legal colleagues and employees throughout CARE to support CARE's enterprise-wide compliance systems, including the global policy library, ethics reporting hotline, and risk management program. Monitors general landfill operation via video feed and touring landfill sites to assure operating procedures are followed in compliance with applicable local, state, federal and environmental regulations. Reports all violations to Code Enforcement supervisor and the Forsyth County Environmental Scientist; collaborates with the Environmental Scientist to assure corrective actions are implemented and followed. May require weekend, after hour, or an alternated working schedule to effectively monitor landfill sites. Experience in landfill or solid waste operations preferred. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS Operates a motor vehicle to conduct work activities. JOB SUMMARY: The Sustainability and Compliance Specialist II is responsible for supporting and executing sustainability and environmental initiatives for American Textile Company. This role will assist in meeting compliance and sustainability reporting requirements, including surveys, assessments, and audits across all ATC facilities and retail partners. In addition, this individual participates in preparing facilities for retail audits and assists in all major compliance audits and factory assessments, which include, but are not limited to, sustainability and environmental factors. Location: GA-Atlanta Job Title: Senior Employee Relations &amp; Compliance Specialist Position Overview The Senior Employee Relations and Compliance Specialist will play a key role within the Employment Practices Team. This role will support a wide range of topics including the end-to-end investigation of employee complaints, candidate background checks and I9 administration. This role will also contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures with the Employment Practices team.
