DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include? • Manage the annual compliance risk assessments across AXA DCP. • Report to management and ensuring adequate reporting, follow up and control along the year of any relevant variation on the risk. • Lead and develop the expertise in the data aspects, notably but not limited to, data privacy, security, artificial intelligence, new technologies, IT general services, cloud technologies and network. • Ensure the alignment of compliance risks assessments and fraud control procedures and implementations requirements with the European regulations, Group Standards, or other internal bylaws. • Lead the fraud office, including the design, and implementation of a strong procedure that guarantees adequate monitoring of the main risks, investigation methodology and reporting / escalation. • Escalate risks, propose remediations and design operational solutions with the business units when relevant. • Engage with the Internal Audit office when required for high-risk investigations. • Provide both guidance and regulatory direction to develop new processes or controls. • Being a strong business partner to the different AXA DCP teams, applying adequate practical business judgment to support the business teams to minimize compliance and fraud operational risks. • Collaborate closely with other risk and data privacy officers at AXA DCP to ensure alignment of positions on operational implementations / impacts. • Drive business results by working cross-functionally with the different COO teams, finance, IT, or any other relevant department. Description 1. POSITION SUMMARY This position, reporting to the Chief Risk &amp; Technical officer, is responsible of the missions above : a) Lead AXA Partners central control functions governance, including Audit Risk &amp; Compliance committee, liaising and securing coherence with regional and local governances, and CLP governance b) Secure AXA Group Standards implementation and certification for both Risk Management function and rest of AXA Partners' organization c) Lead/coordinate any transversal projects, in particular those related regulatory requirements. 2. DIMENSIONS OF ROLE • Role will work closely with AXA Partners Risk Management functions (Internal Control, Operational risk management, technical risk management) • Role will work both on CLP and Assistance business unit • Collaborate with others in the AXA Partners' control function departments (General Secretary and Audit) • Work effectively with EXCOM members and business leaders in AXA Partner • Work closely with AXA Group Risk Management and AXA France for the CLP part. 3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Lead the AXA Partners risk governance at AXA Partners central level o Central ARCC, coordination/congruence with regional ARCCs and Operational Risk Committee.
